Our March Butterbox Beats features a musical journey that began around 2002, when an uncle and his nephew started playing Neil Young and Country Rock covers on acoustic guitars under the house every Friday night. Out of this collaboration emerged the band “FORGOTTEN LINE,” a name inspired by their dedication to reviving forgotten gems from classic albums.
In the two decades since its inception, Forgotten Line has evolved through various lineup changes, each contributing to a shift in the band’s sound and repertoire. The addition of a drummer, a lead guitarist, a harmonica player, and an extra vocal/guitarist has expanded their musical output, providing a diverse range of cover choices.
In recent years, these enhancements have transformed Forgotten Line into a dynamic and expansive musical experience. The band now captivates audiences with a mix of Rock, Country Rock, and Blues, showcasing their versatility as a tight, energetic unit. The camaraderie among the members resonates not only in their music but also in the palpable connection with the audience.
Forgotten Line is more than just a band; it’s a collective of individuals united by a shared passion for music and a love for playing together. Comprising talented and like-minded musicians, the ensemble radiates energy and joy, ensuring that each performance is a testament to their shared love for creating music together. Join us for an unforgettable musical experience that transcends genres and celebrates the magic of live music with Forgotten Line.
