Open Mic Nights at KBF
Kingston Butter Factory Cultural Precinct

Discover Logan’s vibrant and diverse musical talent as musicians of all styles and skill levels perform at the Kingston Butter Factory Open Mic Nights.
Hosted by local singer-songwriter Lisa Maps, this monthly event on a Thursday night offers an opportunity for emerging artists to gain performance experience, connect with other local artists, and share their talents in front of a supportive audience. Whether you are an experienced performer, first timer, or simply a music lover, this event promises a chill night of great local music. The bar will be open.
Each event concludes with a feature performance from one of our local artists. So even if the stage is not for you, it will be a night out not to be missed – and your chance to show your support to our up-and-coming musicians.
The event will run on the following dates:
- Thursday 14th July, 8- 11pm
- Thursday 4th August, 7-10pm
- Thursday 8th September, 7-10pm
- Thursday 6th October, 7-10pm
- Thursday 3rd November, 7-10pm
The final event for the season will be a special Open Mic Showcase on Friday 16 December.
Solo performers, duos or trios are all welcome. Performers are advised to arrive early and add their name to the blackboard, as set times are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Interested performers can find out more at the Open Mic Night Facebook page
