About Logan Arts
Logan Arts – connecting creative Logan
This summit is being programmed to enable connection, collaboration, and the sharing of knowledge for arts workers from government, public galleries, universities, and arts organisations.
Hear from key arts organisations what they do to advocate for the creative sector. Find out how we, as arts workers/artists can support that advocacy and how we can use this to raise the profile of our industry leading up to the Olympic games.
Key speakers are Kris Stewart from QMusic, Dr Sari Ross from A New Approach and a representative from the Brisbane Powerhouse. Michelle Blair from Regional Arts Services Network will Chair a panel discussion with Rebekah Butler from Museums and Gallery Queensland and Matthew Higgins from Creative Australia. Jed Dawson from Screen Queensland will present a Case Study to round off the day.
