How to book

Follow these five easy steps:

Step 1. Complete booking form. All bookings are required to complete the booking form. Please complete and submit the online schools booking form below, or call 3412 5626 to make your booking over the phone. Bookings are made in strict order of receipt of the booking form and are subject to show availability.

Step 2. Confirmation and invoicing. We will reserve your booking and invoice the school. You can request changes to student numbers up to 2 weeks prior to the performance (subject to availability). Student tickets are discounted at $15 per student (unless otherwise specified). Teachers receive complimentary seating on a 10:1 ratio.

Step 3. Payment. Full payment is due a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the show date. At this stage student numbers are final. Bookings cannot be held if your final payment is not received by the due date and the reservation will be released. An increase of numbers is possible after the final payment day and is subject to availability.

Step 4. Final confirmation sent. A confirmation letter including your allocation within the theatre will be issued instead of individual tickets.

Step 5. Attend and enjoy! Schools will be asked to enter the theatre as a group. We advise arriving at the venue approximately 30 mins prior to your performance.
