Adult Workshop: Building facades with Kris Estreich

Enter the imaginative world of artist Kris Estreich, whose exhibition Alchemy of Materials transforms everyday substances – concrete, wood, plaster, wax, and textiles – into poetic representations of animals, the environment, and our shared human experience.

In this immersive, hands-on workshop, Kris will guide participants through her creative process, beginning with the construction of a low-relief house front using cardboard. You’ll explore the design of architectural elements such as windows and awnings, then learn painting techniques to convincingly replicate the textures of brick and corrugated iron.
