Takashi Wakasugi
A Japanese comedian with a razor-sharp eye for cultural quirks, Takashi turns everyday observations into laugh-out-loud stories that are equal parts clever, quirky and unexpectedly insightful. Winner of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Directors’ Choice Award, Takashi has become a sell-out favourite with audiences across Australia. As seen on the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Gala, Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow, Comedy Up Late, Thank God You’re Here and Taskmaster Australia.

Steph Broadbridge
Steph Broadbridge is a regular host and headliner at all the Sydney comedy clubs. She has performed at Just for Laughs, Splendour in the Grass as well as the Sydney Comedy Festival Gala and Melbourne Comedy Festival Roadshow. Steph was a Raw National Finalist in 2019 and her first solo show was nominated and short listed for ‘Best Comedy’ at Sydney Fringe Festival and nominated for ‘Best Newcomer’ at Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
MC: Craig Quartermaine
Craig Quartermaine is a powerhouse of Australian comedy, delivering sharp, fearless stand-up that tackles race, identity and everyday absurdities with intelligence and bite. A proud Nyoongar man, his wit, effortless storytelling and perfectly crafted punchlines have earned him acclaim on stages from the Melbourne International Comedy Festival to the Edinburgh Fringe.

Jai Demeule
Jai Demeule is a stand-up comedian from Boston, MA in the Land Up Over currently residing within Brisbane in the Land Down Under.
Bursting with one-liners and surreal observations they have brought laughter to audiences everywhere they go.
Josh Courtino
Josh is a budding standup comedian from the Gold Coast, despite this clearly troubled and disadvantageous upbringing, Josh is actually a pretty decent guy (source: unknown) and has managed to keep a positive outlook on life.
A crowd favourite (as long as his mum is in the audience), Josh was the winner of QLD RAW in 2022 after only a few months of pursuing comedy and has not looked back (just in case it was a mistake and the judges reverse their decision).
There aren’t many things he can’t do, whether he’s running in marathons, or away from emotional commitment, Josh remains one of the most diverse, brilliant, shining examples of Queensland’s up and coming talent pool. He’s also really humble and totally didn’t write this himself.
