Ja’mie Displays

Ja’mie Displays is a club-kid inspired powerhouse with 18 years of performing under her belt. With a background in professional dance, singing, and theatre, she brings a sharp mix of skill, creativity, and pure chaos to the stage.

Her career has taken her everywhere, from performing for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the Royal Family at Buckingham Palace, to featuring in a New York City press launch for Stephen Schwartz. After winning Queer Sister Smackdown, Ja’mie went on to choreograph for countless events and productions, becoming known for her big theatrical moments, fierce movement and bold visuals.

Freya Armani

Originally born in Philadelphia, USA, of Lebanese and Puerto Rican ethnicity, Freya Armani made her way across the pond back in 2011. She started drag in 2019 and has found herself to be booked and blessed ever since, working as a regular at all the biggest gay clubs up and down the Gold Coast. Known for her stage presence, she belongs to the Drag Haus of Thicc, a POC collective in Brisbane and is passionate about innovation and diversity in the industry. In addition to competitive dance experience, she also has years of acting on the stage and screen as well as a Bachelors degree in dramatic training from Queensland University of Technology.

Vera Thorne

Vera Thorne is a Brisbane burlesque artist with a taste for old Hollywood glamour, sequins and slow-burn tease. Trained in dance and musical theatre before debuting solo, she’s since become a fixture of the local scene — first runner-up at Mx Burlesque Queensland 2024, performing at the Princess Theatre. Known for feather fan work, high kicks and roving cabaret sets, she blends classic sparkle with cheek, and champions body confidence as a proudly curvaceous mid-sized performer.
