Slow arts and crafts Saturdays: Introductory Nature Journaling
Foster a deeper connection with nature, by slowing down, observing and recording your observations of plants, animals and your environment, through the art and practice of nature journaling.
Under the guidance of local artist and nature journalist, Kerry Warnholtz, at the Living Museum of Logan, and using Scrubby Creek as inspiration, you will learn simple drawing tips and techniques to complete a one-page nature journaling entry that is an expression of your creativity.
The Living Museum of Logan will provide a nature journal as well as basic drawing materials including pencils and erasers. Participants have the option to bring their own art supplies.
This workshop is suitable for adults. Bookings are essential.
Light refreshments will be served.
Devon Pixies the onsite cafe is also open for casual dining, or high tea can be booked in advance. For more information about Devon Pixies, please visit here.
