How to book

Follow these five easy steps:

Step 1. Complete the booking form. All bookings are required to complete the booking form. Please complete and submit the online school booking form below, or call 3412 5626 to make your booking over the phone. Bookings are made in strict order of receipt of the booking form.

Step 2. Confirmation and invoicing. We will reserve your theatre performance and invoice the school. You can request changes to student numbers up to four weeks prior to the theatre performance – please note that decreases are capped at 10 tickets per school, and increases are subject to availability. Student tickets are discounted at $20 per student (unless otherwise specified). Teachers receive complimentary seating on a 10:1 ratio.

Step 3. Bus bookings. The Logan Arts team will liaise directly with the bus providers. A confirmation number will be sent to the school if any issues arise on the day of travel.

Step 3. Payment. Full payment is due a minimum of four weeks before the theatre performance date. At this stage, student numbers are final. Theatre bookings cannot be held if your final payment is not received by the due date, and the reservation will be released. An increase in numbers is possible after the final payment day and is subject to theatre availability.

Step 4. Final confirmation sent. A confirmation email will include your theatre seating allocation and gallery or museum guided tour booking information.

Step 5. Attend and enjoy! Schools will be asked to enter the theatre as a group. We advise arriving at the venue approximately 30 minutes before your performance.
