Terms and Conditions

Promoter

The Promoter is Logan City Council (ABN 21 627 796 435) of 150 Wembley Road, Logan Central, QLD 4114 (“Promoter”).

Acceptance

Information on how to participate and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Promotional Period

The promotion runs on Saturday, 9 May 2026, during the on‑site activities for Spot Live on Stage! at Logan Entertainment Centre.
The promotion opens when the venue doors open and closes once all prizes have been claimed, or at the discretion of the Promoter.

Eligibility

Participation is open to children aged 12 years and under who attend Spot Live on Stage! at Logan Entertainment Centre on Saturday, 9 May 2026.
Prizes must be claimed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 years or over.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families may participate but are not eligible to claim a prize.

How to Participate

To participate in the promotion, eligible participants must:

a) locate one (1) of four (4) Spot dogs hidden around Logan Entertainment Centre;
b) each Spot dog will be clearly numbered 1, 2, 3 or 4; and
c) present the discovered Spot dog number to the Box Office staff to claim the corresponding prize (subject to availability).

Participants only need to find one (1) Spot dog to be eligible to claim a prize.

Prizes

There are four (4) prizes available in total, corresponding to the numbered Spot dogs:

Spot #1 – Prize 1:
• Family pass to see Whistle & Trick at Kingston Butter Factory on Thursday, 9 July 2026 at 10.00 am, and
• Spot Magnet Fun Activity Book

Spot #2 – Prize 2:
• Family pass to see Whistle & Trick at Kingston Butter Factory on Thursday, 9 July 2026 at 10.00 am, and
• Who Is on the Farm, Spot? book

Spot #3 – Prize 3:
• Spot Says Goodnight book and toy gift set

Spot #4 – Prize 4:
• Where’s Spot? book and toy gift set

Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

Prize Claim Conditions

Each prize may only be claimed once.
The prize associated with each Spot dog number is fixed and cannot be substituted.
Once a prize has been claimed, that Spot dog number is no longer valid.
The Promoter reserves the right to remove or retire Spot dogs once the corresponding prize has been claimed.

Limits on Participation

One (1) prize per child.
Once a prize has been claimed, the participant is not eligible to claim another prize in this promotion.

Unclaimed or Exhausted Prizes

If all prizes are claimed before the end of the Promotional Period, the promotion will conclude early.
No rainchecks or substitute prizes will be offered.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of a prize.

Privacy

The Promoter may collect limited personal information for the purpose of administering prize claims. All personal information will be handled in accordance with Logan City Council’s Privacy Policy.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if it cannot be conducted as reasonably planned due to circumstances beyond its control.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
