Conditions of Entry for Logan Entertainment Centre (LEC)

​​​​​​​To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read the following conditions of entry before attending an event at Logan Entertainment Centre (LEC).

Conditions may vary between events. Please check the individual event page and your ticket for any event-specific age restrictions or entry requirements.

Tickets

  • All events at LEC are ticketed.
  • Patrons must hold a valid ticket for the event they are attending.
  • Children aged over 2 years require a ticket. Children aged 2 years and under do not require a ticket unless otherwise specified for the event.
  • Tickets may be allocated seating or general admission depending on the event.

18+ Events

Some events at LEC are restricted to patrons aged 18 years and over.

For 18+ events, patrons may be required to provide acceptable proof of age identification. Accepted indentification includes:

Patrons who are unable to provide suitable identification may be refused entry.

All Ages Events

Events advertised as All Ages are open to patrons under 18.

  • An adult must accompany patrons under 18.
  • Any event-specific age recommendations or restrictions will be displayed on the event page.
  • Ticket requirements for children and infants still apply unless the event states otherwise.

Food and Drinks

Outside food and drinks are not permitted to be brought into LEC.

Exceptions may be made for medical or specific dietary requirements. If you need to bring food or drink for these purposes, please speak with venue staff on arrival.

Food and beverage options vary depending on the event. Please check the individual event page on the LoganARTS website before attending for details about food and drinks available for your performance.

Prohibited Items

For the safety and comfort of patrons, the following items must not be brought into LEC:

  • Backpacks, bags larger than A4 size
  • Weapons or items that may be considered dangerous or harmful
  • Domestic animals (except guide/assistance dogs)
  • Large flashlights and laser pointers
  • Selfie sticks
  • Unauthorised video or audio recording equipment
  • Any items considered to present a safety or security risk

Bag and Security Checks

  • Bags and personal belongings may be subject to security checks upon entry.
  • Patrons may be required to participate in reasonable safety and security screening.
  • Prohibited items must not be brought into the venue.
  • Illegal items may be confiscated or referred to the appropriate authorities.

For quicker entry, we recommend bringing only essential items.

Ticket Resale and Scalping

We recommend purchasing tickets only through LoganARTS or an authorised ticket seller for the event.

Tickets purchased through unauthorised resale websites or third parties may be invalid, and entry may be refused if a valid ticket cannot be presented.

Conditions Specific to Your Event

Some events may have additional conditions, including:

  • 18+ age restrictions
  • recommended age limits
  • lock-out periods for latecomers
  • restrictions on photography or recording
  • warnings relating to coarse language, adult themes or other content.

Refusal of Entry

LEC reserves the right to refuse entry or require a patron to leave the venue where the patron:

  • does not hold a valid ticket
  • does not meet an event’s age or identification requirements
  • refuses to comply with reasonable safety or security requirements
  • brings prohibited items into the venue
  • does not comply with these conditions of entry or reasonable directions from venue staff.
