Enjoy relaxing after school hours and create your own paper windmill, also known as a pinwheel. Use paper, Chenille with wire, wooden sticks and beads to create your toy windmill. Enjoy watching your windmill turn when blown and in the wind. Windmills embody resilience and perseverance.
