Artist-led workshop | 'Past, present and emerging' with Sally Terare

Join local First Nations artist Sally Terare for a hands-on creative workshop where you’ll design your own personal hanging songline and explore what “past, present and emerging” means to you.

Using artistic symbolism, expressive mark-making, and natural materials such as pebbles, shells, feathers and sticks, you’ll create a meaningful artwork that reflects your story.

Sally’s own practice traces her journey through the use of natural objects, and in this workshop she’ll guide you to do the same — inviting you to connect, reflect and create something uniquely yours.
