Bravo! by Opera Queensland

Opera Queensland brings some of opera’s most recognisable music to Kingston Butter Factory with its lively new concert Bravo!

This 80-minute concert brings together much-loved music by Puccini, Verdi, Mozart, Bizet and more.

Created for seasoned opera lovers and first-time audiences alike, the program features melodies many people will instantly recognise, even if they do not yet know the operas from which they come.

Warm and engaging introductions throughout the concert reveal the stories, characters and composers behind the music, offering an entertaining introduction to the extraordinary world of opera.

Presented with warmth and humour, Bravo! is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser for audiences of all ages and levels of familiarity with opera.

Bravo! stars current and former Opera Queensland Young Artists Nick Kirkup and Maddie Stephens, alongside Western Australian artists Lachlann Lawton (currently on The Voice under Kate Miller Heidke’s tutelage) and Chelsea Burns, accompanied by renowned pianist Beverley Kennedy.
