In this brief introduction to the slow art of visible mending, we will explore simple hand stitching methods for mending small holes in clothing. You will learn the methods for hand-patching and simple darning or needleweaving. Bring in some clothing with wear-spots, holes or stains that won’t budge, and with some time, patience, and a little bit of extra thread, you can give old clothes a personal touch and extend its wearability!
BYO shirts, pants or other clothes with holes to mend.
