About Logan Arts
Logan Arts – connecting creative Logan
Artist Led | Stencilled bird silhouettes at Berrinba Wetlands
Join artist Rachael Lee for a vibrant, hands-on day of creativity at Berrinba Wetlands. This playful mark making workshop invites you to adopt a bird and make a personal pledge to support the birdlife of Logan. Guided by Rachael, you’ll decorate a bird-shaped silhouette using colourful acrylic paints and patterned stencils, all while learning simple, meaningful ways to help local birds thrive in your own backyard.
Your finished bird, and the pledge it represents, will become part of an interactive art installation displayed in the foyer of Logan Art Gallery for the upcoming Where do I belong? exhibition.
This project is supported by the Queensland Government through the Queensland Arts Showcase Program and the Regional Arts Development Fund, a partnership between the Queensland Government and Logan City Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
