The Line & Rail Artspace: In motion exhibition
The Line & Rail Artspace
Join us to celebrate the inaugural exhibition In Motion at The Line & Rail Artspace, a new contemporary space located on John Lane, Beenleigh.
In Motion explores ideas of movement, transition, journey and exchange, concepts that feel especially fitting for this site and for the spirit of this new space. From the lines and rhythms of travel to the quieter shifts that happen within a community, the exhibition brings together a range of contemporary practices that speak to how we move through place, culture and time. It’s an invitation to consider the stories that pass between people, the routes that shape our days, and the constant change that keeps a region growing and connected.
Artists involved in In Motion are April Giblin, Alexandra Feu’u, Alena McKenzie, Chloe Wigg, Madhu Khanna, Panayiota, and Pamela See.
The Line & Rail Artspace is open Thursday to Saturday 10 am to 4 pm.
The Line & Rail is supported by the Regional Arts Development Fund, a partnership between the Queensland Government and Logan City Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
