Family Day | Decorate a ceramic dish with Christine Pickett

A squawk, a chirp, a rustle in the leaves or a flutter of wings is the signal that one of our feathered friends are near.

With the sprawl of suburbia native birds are finding it harder to thrive, but many accommodate themselves to living and foraging in our gardens and streets. We feel it is a privilege to have birds visit and live in close proximity and enrich our lives.

Let’s do something to make them feel welcome!

Christine is a local ceramic artist who loves to paint her pieces with Australian birds and flora. Come and decorate a pottery dish that can be used for bird food or water. Finished pieces will be glazed and fired by the artist and available to pick up in approximately three weeks following the workshop.
